2. What You CAN Do

You are permitted to:

• Single Store Use: Use the theme on one (1) Shopify store only
  
• Modifications: Customize and modify the theme for your own use
  
• Commercial Use: Use the theme for your commercial online store
  
• Client Projects: If you're a developer, you may install the theme on one client's store
  
• The client must be informed that they do not own redistribution rights
  
• Backup Copies: Create backup copies for archival purposes

3. What You CANNOT Do

You are not permitted to:

• No Redistribution: Sell, resell, lease, license, or distribute the theme
  
• No Sharing: Share the theme files with others
  
• No Multiple Sites: Use the theme on multiple stores without purchasing additional licenses
  
• No Sublicensing: Sublicense or transfer your license to another party

Upon termination, you must:

• Delete all copies of the theme files
