Thank you for purchasing Clean Slate. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales of our digital products are final.
Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a theme file has been delivered and download access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately
- You have reviewed the theme features, demos, and documentation before purchasing
- You understand that refunds are not available after purchase
We encourage you to explore our demo stores and review all available information before making your decision.
Duplicate Purchases
We understand that accidental duplicate purchases can happen. If you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will issue a refund for one of the duplicate orders under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase
- You must provide proof of both purchases (order numbers or confirmation emails)
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
How to request a duplicate refund:
- Live Chat: Available on buildcleanslate.com (fastest response)
- Discord: Available for existing customers in our private server
Product Upgrades
If you purchased Clean Slate Starter and wish to upgrade to Clean Slate (Premium), we offer a seamless upgrade path:
- You will pay the difference between your original Starter purchase and the current Premium price
- Your original Starter license will be deactivated upon upgrade
- You will receive a new Premium license with all associated benefits
To request an upgrade, contact us via live chat or Discord with your original order details.
Note: Upgrades are only available from Clean Slate Starter to Clean Slate (Premium). Downgrades from Premium to Starter are not available, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Your purchase includes customer support for the following duration:

Please note that our themes are provided "as-is." While we thoroughly test our products, software may occasionally contain bugs or behave unexpectedly in certain configurations. By purchasing, you accept this risk. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
We are committed to addressing reported issues and releasing updates to improve our products.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exception made does not obligate us to make similar exceptions in the future.
